Make sure your wishes are clear and your family is protected
Estate planning isn’t only about a will. It’s making sure the right people are looked after, your assets pass where you intend, and your family is spared avoidable stress, cost, and conflict.
Book Discovery Review- Wills & estate structuring
- Powers of Attorney
- Asset protection
Clarity now spares your family hard decisions later.
Without a clear estate plan, the people you care about can be left navigating legal complexity, delays, and disputes at the worst possible time. Super doesn’t automatically follow your will, and the wrong structure can expose assets you meant to protect.
We help you put the essentials in place — a valid, current will, powers of attorney, and sensible structuring — and make sure your superannuation and insurance beneficiaries actually align with your intentions. Where specialist legal drafting is needed, we coordinate with your solicitor.

Common questions
Before we talk
Doesn’t my will cover my super?
Not automatically. Superannuation is generally not governed by your will — it’s directed by your beneficiary nomination with the fund. Aligning the two is one of the most common gaps we fix.
Do you write the will yourselves?
We handle the planning and structuring, and coordinate with a qualified solicitor for the legal drafting — so the advice and the documents work together.
I already have a will from years ago — is that enough?
Maybe not. Marriages, separations, children, new assets, and law changes can all make an old will out of date or invalid. We review whether yours still does what you intend.
What happens if I can’t make decisions for myself?
That’s what powers of attorney are for. Without them, your family may need a court process to act on your behalf. We help you appoint people you trust, in advance.
